RSS FeedI just got a bulldog rescue. He is a very good dog overall however he jumps and soft bites any visitors.?
For a bullie he is very active. He also would hump anything in the car on rides (resolved with a crate) but when I lay or cuddle with him there he goes again humping away (but not with visitors or when you're standing) I have a low couch and he tries to get uo on it soft biting complteley ignoring my "NO's" I need to make a desicion weather to keep him or wait for another (who could be worse)!.When i'm high on my bed he's an angel I just need advice on controlling his aggresive behavior with me at his level.
Bulldogs are my FAVORITE BREED!!!!! but they are very stubborn. He doesnt see you pack leader. you need to train with him a little more. Give him time. He could be a very good dog. Try a professional trainer for his dominance issues. (im assuming he is already nuetered but if he isnt that will help).
