Hi everyone.
I have finally worked up the courage to ask this question.
A few weeks ago our poor little baby Zoe was hit by a car and killed. Her absence has left a massive hole in our lives, and we are looking at finding another dog, even though we know nothing will ever replace her.
I think we are keen on getting another mini fox-terrier, but we are a little bit unsure about exactly what Zoe was. I recall her having proper papers when we bought her, but I was hoping you could have a look at her pictures ... http://picasaweb.google.com/MylesRobin/Zoe ... and tell us why you think she looks different to the pictures of mini foxies you see in many dog encyclopedias, which seem to have a longer snout, like this: http://www.geocities.com/minifoxie01/Tibbysmall.jpg
Is it just a random/genetic thing that you can get foxies with a longer face than others?

If she was a toy fox terrier, she may not have been of show quality, hence the difference in muzzle length.
